JOB DESCRIPTION QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER

Developing quality plan & annual quality objectives with seven QC Tools, Quality Management System (QMS), and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) based on the top of management target
Establish annual research program based on the actual processing/quality problem
Maintain GMP implementation in the whole production facilities e.g. building, pipe installation, production machines, sanitary condition in the bottling rooms, personal hygiene, etc.
Propose annual budget list to the top management for QC needs
Develop annual training program for quality related operators
Coordinator internal hallal auditor
Conducting annual supplier audits and reporting to purchase for 6th monthly performance of all suppliers
Design, develop, monitoring and evaluate quality management system
To create a planning and implementing Internal Quality Audit
Support PPIC to make production planning in long term and short term based on sales forecast and delivery schedule
Support PPIC to make a production conformity report with comparison between production planning and actually output
Involved with R&D to develop new variant product
Assisting Customer Feedback Department to solve consumer complaint related to the product non-conformance
Monitoring insect management at surrounding plant that it have done by vendor
